U can perform kegel excercise.
It's simple but effective to an extent.
All you have to do is concentrate on your urethra or the urinary passage.
Take a deep breath and start contracting ur pelvic muscles as if you are going to stop urination.
Don't pressurise abdominal muscles or gluteal muscles(buttocks).
Hold it for 5 seconds and release.
Repeat it for 10 times.
