When in L&D do hospitals do a drug test by dipstick or is it sent to a lab? Also what other test are preformed and how? By dipstick or gc?

I prefer to send samples to the doctor I am aware of and I am sure that the Reports are signed by doctors and stamped with registration number
It makes doctors accountable to patients on one to one basis
