44 yrs;underwent hysterectomy+BSO one year back due to fibroid uterus.now suffering from hot flashes.my doctor prescribed premarin 0.625 mg.what are the side affects of this medicine. Is it safe to use?

Yes it has side effects but medicine is given for the symptoms happening due to lack of hormone in body due to removal of uterus. It is safe to use
