I returned from south Africa (port Elizabeth and cape town) and within a few day felt boiling hot in the face but not a high temperature, GP thought it was just a virus, I had blood tests which only showed a Vitamin B12 Deficiency, I went back and was given antibiotics for sinus infection but 3 weeks on and I still have the hot face and feel exhausted all the time
