Hostel food and issues

I stay in college hostel and I used to binge eat, I have stopped binge eating. I eat 4 idli + sambhar (for breakfast), 4 roti + 3 small cup dal + 2 small cup potato-peas/spinach/Rajma/curd/mixed-veg etc.(for lunch) and 3 roti + 3 small cup dal + 1 small cup of milk (for dinner), but I still don't feel satiated. I feel very dissatisfied and sad. Is what I eat enough for me? What else are healthy food substitutes which I can eat in a hostel/college area and is safe for me? Please help!

Can you manage 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 huge meals? Dry fruits, fruits, sprouts, milk and cookies, unsalted popcorn, buttermilk etc whatever is that you can buy in your canteen or stores can be options in between your main meals. Consult a dietitian for a detailed diet plan with balanced calories, protein and fats. Felling happy about what you eat is very important without feeling any guilt. Take time out for a little exercise to boost your mood and feel good.
