I hve Tsh 7.96 on 3 months ago, then i eat thyrox 50 mcg, 1 tablet per day. in 1 month ago my tsh level 4.89, sudden today i have dizziness, weakness & anxiety. lightly vibrations my full body.

Dizziness can not be explained. Visit a doctor and get examined.
