Hormonal imbalance test

Hello Docs. Is there any test to diagnose acne due to hormonal imbalance. I am 31 years of age and I have been battling acne for 15 years now, resulting in low confidence, low self esteem etc. I need to know the root cause of the problem. Sometimes acne is severe sometimes no acne at all. Not sure what triggers it, Please help. God bless you !
