Hi. Homosexuality has to do with psychosexual orientation and nothing to do with fertility. Independently he can check his fertilty by doing a semen analysis after 3 days of àbstinence. Also in his case Artificial Insemination will be good enough if he is married to a female partner. Surrogacy is required only one marries a male partner in countries where it is legally allowed.
