Homeopathy for dry eyes?

I have been suffering from dry eyes and sinus allergy since months. Finally have started with homeopathy since a week. I understand it is a slow process and my doctor has asked me to stop all eye drops and other medicines. Can homeopathy cure my dry eyes issue? I currently feel major strain due to no lubricants being used. Also, i feel very tired at the end of the day. Please advise on the above.
