Homeopathic medicine (BC 11) dosage

My daughter has fever (100 degrees Fahrenheit). I have given her homeopathic medicine BC 11. The dosage cited is 2 tabs, 4 times in day at interval of 3 hours. How long should I continue giving this to her. Should I stop if fever comes down or this needs to given for a day at least. So do we need to complete some course or this medicine can be used as SOS. Any suggestions would help immensely.
