What does a dark pink line and a thin line on a home pregnancy test mean? Is there a chance to get positive result?

Positive test for pregnancy. But always better to do firm with a blood test... blood test gives a numerical value , which further give a an idea about the health  pregnancy , and scan can be timed depending upon it. When we're your last periods ?
