Under eye pigmentation can be improved with various creams,chemical peels, Lasers and other similar procedures. Usually dark circles are caused by shadowing effect due to depression under eyes called "tear trough".Due to this depression ( hollow under eyes) light is not able to fall under eyes and that area appears dark.This condition can be treated with hyaluronic acid fillers which fills up the depression.Kindly send pictures for assessment and proper treatment advice.Regards, Dr. Jeetendra Khatuja.
