Hole in ear drum,

I can understand your concern.
you need to get the hole in the ear drum treated surgically. because its from 12 years you are saying which means it is not healing by itself.
kindly consult a ENT specialist and get it treated by operation/surgery. if not, it will be really problematic for future and hearing.
