There are multiple type of treatment regimes fir lymphomas . To understand and suggest which suits you the best I would like to see - pre treatment Biopsy report , pre treatment PET CT scan ( if not not done the earliest scan available ) report, and know regarding the general health as well as symptoms patient had before treatment. Hi Amar. Iam Thejeswar. Iam Medical and Hematooncologist. In Hodgkin’s lymphoma each ABVD chemotherapy cycle consists of D1 and D15 chemotherapy. So you have complete 2 cycles of chemo. Basing on the stage it ranges from 4-6 cycles. In stage 1 and 2 we will give 4 cycles. In stage 3 and 4 we will give 6 cycles. We will do PETCT after 2 cycles for response in stage 3 and 4. you seems to have very good response, but ask for Duoville score also in your PETscan. Your further treatment depends on that score. Hodgkin’s lymphoma is curable cancer and u have to complete all sessions of chemo to achieve cure.
