Had a rash for 4 month now and causing sores and brusing swelled around it on my chest arms back and having nausea

You may require antihistamines, antibiiotics(if indicated), antacids and a topical cream. Kindly don't scratch the lesions and apply calamine lotion over the lesion to get some relief.
