I had protected sex with a sex worker, after 50 days I had weird multiple tiny dots which are burning in mouth on both sides it has been more than 10 days . Plus I having some swollen lymph node in neck . And a mild flu for 2-3 days .are these due to overthinking? Because from that time I was very much worried about it.
