  4. Hiv test related. I need to test again?

I had sexual exposure with prostitute. Then after two months and five months tested with HIV DUO COMBO and after 10 months tests with HIV ECLIA AND RNA PCR. all the tests were negative. Now after after 15months I am experiencing weight loss is it related to that and do I need to test again?
