Hello sir/madem sharing needles with unknown person exposure after 6month take hiv test in ictc government hospital result is negative.. Should i take any further test??

If it’s negative then nothing to worry. If u still want to recheck then go to ICTC centre again and do Tridot test

If the result is negetive than just chill my friend. You're fine. If you still have a doubt, you can always go to private labs. But it's gonna cost you MONEY.
