Hiv test conclusive ?

Hi, I had received unprotected oral sex from a person whose hiv status is unknown. Out of fear, I took hiv CMIA test after 5 weeks which came negative , then took two tests after 5 months and 24 weeks , both came negative. Now I am worried cos I see symptoms like white tongue, joint pain. Is this test conclusive ?
