Hello doctor I can in contact with hiv positive person sperm . His sperm was in towel and it come in contact with my private area after 30 minutes.can hiv be transmitted in this way like other viruses?

If semen is wet with active sperm cells in towel in cool room temperature...yes it can. Better to have screening.
