Hello Doctor, I am Deb, Male, 27+, I am in a relationship. last year she's gone though a Operation for that operation she needed blood transfusion. This year she is loosing weight. I only pressing and sucking her breast. Nothing comes out from breast. My question is Can HIV spread by sucking breast? I cant tell her to get tested fr some reasn

First thing blood transfusion doesn't mean she has HIV Second it transmitted mainly in blood and other secretion of body. So no chance.
