My six month and twenty one day HIV test came back negetive do I need further testing. During this phase or period of time I never have sex.

Hello.... Get another test after 3 months.... Antibody test is done after 3 months... You haven't given much information, HIV transmission through sexual intercourse is only 1 percent...but other route have higher transmission rate... Consult general physician .....
