Hiv positive doubt

I had an unprotected sex last week. What are the chances of getting hiv positive from that. From yesterday I don't know what i am facing my eyes are slightly red. Its not exactly headache but it feels like there is some burden in my head. I am worried a lot. I Don't want to die. Please suggest.
