HIV or Stds ?? Mouth to mouth kiss

Hello My husband mistakenly got mouth to mouth kiss ( with interaction between tongue and lips ) from a sex worker in Bangkok while he was having a massage. He did not have any intercourse. Can you please tell whether there is any transmission of sexual diseases ?
