My brother has unprotected sexual exposure...he had tested hiv dna PCR quantative at 28 days is positive ..and again dna PCR quantative at 35 days is negative and dna PCR qualitative at 40 days is negative ..Elisa antibody at 50 days is negative and eclia Ab/Ag p24 at 81 day is negative ..rapid test at 81 is negative ...and hiv DNR PCR and western blot at 95 is negative He had oral thrush and gential fungus infection , small lymphnodes on neck ..pain in gentials ...what is the present suitation of him...he had pain armpit and gential area ..and small patches on tongue with oral thrush and skin rashes occuring on body recurently ..he had suffered with herpes zoaster and oral herpes after one month of exposure .HSv.1 is positive ...and hsv.2 is negative .
