I have pimple like structures under penis from years some doctor say they are enlarged sebacious glands recently I had an sexual exposure with condom but condom may not cover those pimple like structures so I got tested for hiv three times in three months and got non reactive so I have a doubt does hiv pass through these sebacious or oil glands which are enlarged I have attached the pic of my penis
