Can Ayurveda cure hiv? I have heard Ayurveda can cure hiv? Is it so? Or it is a scam?

Ayurvedic medicine does not cure HIV infection. It can  improve the  immune system, help fight off other infections, or deal with the side effects of antiviral medications..
