Can I get hiv , aids from touching the plastic on the syringe of a needle which has been used for heroin ( a needle /syringe I found ) I didn't touch the needle it's self but I have no cuts on my hands , also I washed my hands right away once it was binned ? Do I need to be worried ? Thank you
