My daughter 4 years 6 months old. Today while she was playing she slipped and hit her ear and cried. Outside of her ear was red. After sometimes she was alright. How to check whether her inner ear is alright or injured? Wat are the symptoms

She must have got hurt only in external ear. Any injury of Eardrum causes bleeding. Any injury of inner ear causes reduced hearing.
