Hissing on valsalva...Why?

I hear hissing when I do valsalva.....Why?...................................

During valsalva there will be forced entry of air into the ear which sometimes can cause popping up sensation. Hissing sound usually occurs when there is perforation of the ear drum where air escapes out through that perforation
