My small brother is suffering from chronic throat infection from more than 1 year. We have consulted with many doctors but that didn't work with antibiotics. He often gets throat infection if he eats or drink cold related things. Can anyone suggest which specialist should we consult.

From history it looks like child is having Chronic tonsilitis. Most probably It is allergic. Repeated antibiotics may not help. Change in diet will definitely help this child. You need to avoid  all citrus, cold, Sour And fermented things for few months.
