My mum forgot and touched her cheeks to son cheeks who is 5 month old .she has put retion a .my son cheeks became red .I had put on count oil.pls tell me will it cause anything I m really worried

Hello, Just touching of cheeks to your son won't cause side effects of retinoids. It could have caused minor irritation due to the applied cream. You should not be worried. A normal good quality moisturizer can be applied over part where you think there is redness.
Next Steps
apply a good quality moisturizer like Vaseline / white soft paraffin / coconut oil
