Omeprazole should only be taken as a proper treatment course along with other medicines and diet and lifestyle changes. Incomplete TREATMENT leads to reccurrance and failure of Treatment.
Next Steps
diet is very important. avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking etc
