After a deadlift excersice on Friday I am experiencing a shooting pain in left hip and now when I walk for some long distance I feel pain in entire left leg

Hello, your pain seems to be coming from Spine. Pls visit a spine Physiotherapist. Correct exercise and posture correction will definitely help. All the best
