Hill pain after wake up

Dear sir, She is facing hill joint pain issue in both feet specially after wake up in the morning..due to this she immediately cant walk after while it becomes normalise. This same happened when she sits for long like 1 hr and during stand up.. Pls suggest necessary medicine, and causes for this. Thanks
