Higher sgot , sgpt , triglycerides

I am suffering from high cholesterol, triglycerides, high Sgpt and sgot in liver function test .( Non smoker , non alcoholic,non diabetic, no bp ) since long.but no other symptoms of illness.here by attaching my lipid profile and LFT report. Please suggest . ( Age 23 , weight -81 kg)

You are suffering from likely with fatty liver,get ultrasound upper abdomen and test once for HbsAg and Anti HCV
