High values of SGOT,SGPT and GGT

I have done liver profile test recently and values of SGOT(60),SGPT(107) and GGT(147) are high..although bilirubin is normal...earlier test for Hepatitis A and B were also negative.What is the reason for this elevated enzymes and is there a reason to worry and how do I bring them down to normal values.i was taking udiliv medicine for a month earlier
