I would advise you to meet an endocrinologist so as to have a prescription for the treatment for the high levels of
TSH and based on your
LDL levels start medications if required.
To control your LDL levels, I'd advise you to follow the following:
- Control your diet, avoid fatty, oily food and eat a heart healthy diet
- Weight management, If you are overweight, losing weight can help lower your LDL cholesterol.
- Physical Activity/ Exercise: you should get regular physical activity (30 minutes on most, if not all, days).
