If the
TSH is greater than 2.5 at any time during pregnancy, T3/T4 levels should be checked to determine whether the hypothyroidism is overt or subclinical..if T3/T4 are normal... usually it is subclinical hypothyroidism tht doesn't require anything to do usually except regular watch on
thyroid level...if T3/T4 are on lower side...you need to increase the dose of ur thyronorm...
Lower T3/T4 level can cause neurological disorders,low birth weight and many more complications in fetus...
