High tsh(21) during pregnancy

Hi, I am 13 weeks pregnant and I and taking 75mg thyronorm. I have had hypothyroidism for 10 years now. I took TSH test again this week and tsh is 25.9. In 4th week of pregnancy it was 0.5. please suggest how do I being Tsh under control? Thanks Anshita

We need additional information on whether dose adjustment was done in the early weeks of pregnancy. TSH has to be controlled below 2.5 during pregnancy.
