High Tryglycerides, pre diabetic

Through annual check up i got to know that i have high tryglycerides and im pre diabetic with fatty liver , i want to know how to lower these , i am doing exercise and all but since i stay away from family i eat pg food please suggest me which doctor type of doctor to visit
