High Triglycerides

Hi Dr. Previously in the year  24-01-2021 i had gone through a detailed health checkup and got to know having the  S-triglycerides range @178. Recently again i did a health checkup by myself and observed Triglycerides increases to 262 range also VLDL increase to 52. Please suggest if I need to start any medicine apart from daily exercise.

Avoid fried and oily food. Avoid high fat dairy products. Avoid alcohol. Consumer more fruits, pulses, legumes. Exercise already 45 minutes a day.
