I am 16 years old and have 300 sugar level please help me .I have sugar from 1 month .Please tell me whether i have to use insulin or not?

Yes you have type 1 diabetes. You will have to take insulin

Most likely you have type 1 diabetes and will need lifelong insulin. You should get insulin antibodies tested and a genetic screen for MODY.
If this is a new high blood sugar, hba1c will not reflect that
