Hi Doctor, My brother is suffering from high sugar and he gets urinal sensation every 30 min. He has consulted many doctors in and around Chennai but nothing seems to be working. Can someone help me on how and what needs to be done for his recovery. There is no weight loss, but due to this urinal sensation he is mentally Disturbed a lot. Seeking your help for his recovery.

It could be due to an active urinary tract infection. Could be due to overactive bladder. Other possible causes are stone in lower ureteric. he can have a stricture as well. Can he see me if he is nearby. Please start taking Tab. Torq SR 4mg once a day for 3-days. Give a urine culture as well
