I can understand your concern, firstly who suggested you to get SGPT done? you yourself or some doctor? because SGPT alone cannot be of great help. other liver enzymes are also required to pin point a cause of exactly what is wrong. This is most disheartening to see that you are sending me image of your ursocol 300mg medicine instead of sending me liver function test report and other reports images. Since you are suffering from right upper quadrant pain in abdomen. So, check for ultrasonography of whole abdomen and blood for complete liver function test. Your pain may be due to cholelithiasis or CBD stone. Rx Tab Drotin DS 1Tab twice daily for 5days after or before food. Tab. Pantocid DSR 1tab twice daily before food for 5days. Avoid any kind of addiction. SGPT level of 68 is not an indication for medicinal intervention. Review with all reports for further advice and treatment.
