High RBC and RWA count

I have diagnosed with high red blood distribution width and RBC count. I think it case some kind of pain in my heart but my ECG report is normal and i have very low vitamin D count of 25nmo/L for that i am taking calcirol once in a week

Did you have fever or throat infection. If not then you should see av hematologist for evaluation
