Hi. Good that your BP is in good control. Having pulse rate of 100 while walking is fine. But if you constantly have pulse rate 100, even when you are resting, then it means it needs evaluation. Maybe you need to optimize your BP medicines to control Pulse rate also. Yoga is a very good way to normalize pulse rate. Contact if any further questions. Take care.
