My daughter had suffered from dengue week before ...recovering now.. done her CBC today her platlate count is 6,25,000.

A high platelet count on its own might not be anything significant if your daughter is otherwise recovering well as it might just be a reactive response of the body.
Next Steps
Increase fluid intake and repeat the report only if the child is having some clinical issue
