My age 29 eye power minus 9 its stabilised before 4 years ...its a pathological myopia or high myopia??

you need a yearly retinal examination to rule out weak areas in the retina. If present laser treatment may be required.

Any myopia above -6 diopters is high myopia.Pathological myopia has progressive degenerative changes in the retina.It can be diagnosed after complete dilated fundus examination.
