High MPV and lymphocyte

My husband had his CBC test done back in August. All the things came normal except MPV(11.7) and Lymphocytes(43%), also the WBC count is 9.2.. Have attached the report. Please suggest whether this high MPV is slightly high lymphocytes are cause of concern. he also did CBC in March last year where everything was normal except MPV which was same 11.7.. please read my query and suggest valuable opinion..I am little worried as read too many things in internet regarding this.
